Job Responsibilities

We are Gothenburg! We need you who gets a kick out of working with processes, as we need to strengthen Intraservice's unit for processes and assignments with an additional process coordinator.

In this role, you will be part of the operational functional assignment to establish, manage, and follow up on work methods. This will happen in close collaboration with process leaders within the unit for the ongoing assignment. You will also have daily collaboration with the unit's other process coordinators.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• calling and leading incident meetings
• coordinating and monitoring all major incidents and personal data incidents in daily operations
• informing internally and externally about current major incidents
• participating in follow-up and analysis of process assignments
• identifying, prioritizing, and assigning responsibility for problem cases and following up on the progress of solutions.

There may be a need for on-call duty beyond normal working hours. You will be employed as a systems specialist.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education for the job or other training that we consider equivalent. You have experience with ITIL as a framework or have training in ITIL. You have the ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience working in a large support organization and handling major incidents and personal data incidents according to GDPR is an advantage.

You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information. You are also good at sharing information and ideas, both verbally and in writing, and you adapt your communication based on the recipient, target group, and situation.

You seek and seize opportunities to think innovatively in work-related contexts, and this can be translated into practice and lead to improvements. You stay updated through environmental monitoring and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in your operations.
